About Mr. Osborne A. Uloucha

I migrated to the United States in 1981, from Nigeria. My journey began with a focus on education, as I pursued a college education at Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, Oklahoma, majoring in criminal Justice from 1981 to 1983.

My pursuit of knowledge extended to CUNY/John Jay College of Criminal Justice in NYC, where I attended from 1984 to 1987. In 1986, I joined B.T Summit Company, located at 540 Washington Street in lower Manhattan, New York. I dedicated a decade with this company, leaving in 1996 to pursue my other entrepreneurial aspirations. Embarking on my entrepreneurial journey, I founded Marchie Osborne Couture Inc. at 426 Main Street in New Rochelle, New York, in the year 1996. In 2000, my wife took over the business, allowing me to delve into my passion for the real estate industry.

After thorough research of real estate companies in Westchester County, where I reside, I decided to join Century 21 Dawn’s Gold Realty at 646 Tuckahoe Road in Yonkers, New York. I spent a fulfilling decade with the company, led by owner and broker Mr. Abraham Matthew, who sponsored me for my broker license.
With 23 years of valuable experience, I am here to serve you in the real estate industry.
